We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our senior living community team. This part-time position covers Sunday and Monday shifts, 7:30am–3:30pm, with the ability to provide on-call coverage for vacation and sick days.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet all residents, guests, and visitors.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and organize schedules.
- Manage telephone reception with professionalism.
- Respond promptly to emergency pendant calls.
- Maintain a welcoming and efficient front desk environment.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proven administrative and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience working with seniors required.
