Job Description:

Responsibilities & Duties:

This position involves a variety of physical and detail-oriented tasks. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

· Standing for up to 8 hours per day while performing repetitive tasks

· Conducting general cleaning throughout work areas

Performing tomato yield testing, including:

· Determining the usable portion of tomatoes

· Recording initial weight/volume

· Processing tomatoes

· Weighing usable portions

· Calculating yield percentages

· Lifting and stacking items weighing up to 50 pounds

· Working in various weather conditions

· Engaging in physically demanding activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials

· Demonstrating strong attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion

· Communicating effectively with team members

· Following instructions and working independently

· Maintaining reliable transportation to and from the work site

· Exhibiting reliability, responsibility, and dependability in fulfilling job obligations
