Join Our Team as a Patient Concierge – Edmonton

Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine (PCRM) is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face of our Edmonton clinic.

???? Position: Full-time
???? Schedule: Monday to Friday + rotating weekends

???? About the Role

As a Patient Concierge, you will:
✨ Be the first point of contact for our patients – in person, over the phone, and online.
✨ Create a welcoming, calm, and organized clinic environment.
✨ Support both administrative functions and direct patient care coordination.

You'll work closely with our Reception Supervisor/Operations Assistant and a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding patient experience.

???? Key Responsibilities???? Patient Support & Front Desk
  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.

  • Accurately enter patient details into the EMR system.

  • Maintain clinic databases and patient records.

???? Communication & Coordination
  • Answer and triage calls and online inquiries.

  • Direct patients to the right departments.

  • Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments.

???? Administrative Duties
  • Process payments and perform daily reconciliations.

  • Handle mail distribution and clinic security (weekends & holidays).

  • Act as Fire Marshal and attend fire safety meetings.

???? Other Tasks
  • Organize deliveries and pickups (specimens, pharmacy sheets, payroll).

  • Confirm weekend appointments with patients.

  • Perform general office tasks (filing, faxing, mail handling).

  • Jump in where needed to support the team.

???? What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • 1+ year administrative experience (healthcare setting preferred).

  • Medical Office Assistant Certification is an asset.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Professionalism in handling sensitive inquiries.

  • Proficiency with EMR systems and office software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment.
