Lumerate is growing fast and we're on the hunt for our very first Marketing Manager to help shape the future of one of our newest brands, Zebricks. If you've been dreaming about building a marketing function from the ground up, wearing a lot of hats, and making a direct impact, this is your chance.

All about Zebricks

Launched in 2024, Zebricks is one of Lumerate's newest solutions. We're changing the way pharma, medtech, and service providers embed and operationalize patient advocacy engagements across their business. We deliver curated, real-time intelligence on patient advocacy groups worldwide so our clients can turn ongoing insights into action.

Now that we're growing our commercial operations, we need our very first marketer to build the foundation of our marketing engine and help us scale.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the marketing function end-to-end. Your main mission? Build a consistent inbound funnel that works.

How do you do it? That's where your creativity, experience, and resilience comes in.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and optimize marketing strategies to grow and sustain a strong inbound lead funnel.
  • Create engaging, high-value content for Zebricks' target audience.
  • Build scalable marketing workflows and processes by leveraging the right technology.
  • Shape the Zebricks brand voice and presence across channels.

Likely Additional Hats You'll Wear

  • Build collateral to support our sales team in moving prospects across the sales funnel more effectively.
  • Manage website content and updates.
  • Support the preparation for conferences and events.
  • Run and grow our social media channels.

You'll Excel In This Role If You're Someone Who

  • Has 3+ years of marketing experience spanning multiple disciplines.
  • Can produce great content without constant direction.
  • Has built marketing processes from scratch (SEO, copywriting, email marketing, paid campaigns, multi-channel lead gen, etc.).
  • Has experience working in or with pharma or has collaborated with patient advocacy groups.
  • Is comfortable managing budgets and making spend decisions.
  • Knows how to leverage tech to scale marketing efforts.
  • Is able to easily transition from strategic planning to hands-on execution.
  • Sets and works towards ambitious goals that truly measures impact (we ain't about vanity metrics around here)!
  • Isn't afraid to independently dig for answers when you hit or recognize a knowledge gap.

Salary: CAD $85,000 - $100,000 OTE

Start Date: We are flexible based on the availability of the successful candidate.

Location: Work remote, or hybrid from our laid-back office (located in Toronto's Junction Triangle on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays).
