The Food Service Worker 2 responsible to the Operations Manager-Bars and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive and appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
- Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
- Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.
- To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations Manager-Bars.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
- Previous experience with food inventories preferred.
- Excellent work habits, personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Good public and staff relations.
- Must be willing to obtain ProServe and Alberta Health Services Food Safety certification.
