About the Role:
Join Culligan Culligan Central Ontario as a Customer Service Representative and be the friendly voice that helps our customers get the service they are looking for. Located in Barrie, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a positive attitude.
• Assist customers in getting the delivery and service they require.
• Process orders and manage customer accounts efficiently.
• Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service and delivery and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license is preferred for potential onsite visits.
