Job Duties:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's services.
- Qualify leads and gather key information to determine potential interest.
- Set appointments or transfer interested leads to sales representatives or account managers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer information in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle objections and questions confidently and professionally.
- Follow up with prospects as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in B2B outbound calling.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
