What You'll Do:

  • Respond to inbound client inquiries and qualify potential leads.

  • Provide clear, accurate information on policies, benefits, and next steps.

  • Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups.

  • Support the sales team by identifying upsell opportunities and nurturing relationships.
