Join a Growing, Community-Focused Painting Company as Our Local Neighborhood Marketing Specialist
We're seeking a motivated, field-first professional to lead our hyperlocal and commercial marketing effortsconnecting directly with neighborhoods and businesses through door-to-door appointment setting, flyer delivery coordination, yard sign placement, and targeted outreach. This is a boots-on-the-ground marketing role for someone who loves engaging with people and making a visible impactseason after season.

Neighborhood & Commercial Marketing (2530 hrs/wk)

Door-to-Door Appointment Setting

• Set qualified appointments by speaking directly with homeowners and small business owners in local neighborhoods.
• Represent our residential and commercial services with professionalism and confidence.
• Track routes, appointments, and results to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategy.
  

Commercial Lead Generation

• Identify local commercial properties (retail, office, property managers, etc.) and introduce our services.
• Generate leads through business canvassing, networking, and relationship-building with commercial prospects.
• Support commercial team efforts with targeted campaigns and warm handoffs.
  

Flyer Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage a flyer delivery team (68 people).
• Assign weekly routes by zip code and ensure coverage in priority areas.
• Track flyer counts and team performance using GPS and scorecards.
• Complete your own routes weekly to lead by example.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align flyer design and messaging.
  

Yard Sign Program

• Oversee sign placements in high-visibility residential and commercial locations.
• Maintain inventory and track weekly placements.
• Sync timing with direct mail and flyer drops.
  

Tactic Coordination

• Ensure flyer delivery, doorknocking, and yard signs align with direct mail and seasonal initiatives.
• Work with our Fractional Marketing team (Aleph) to select neighborhoods and commercial zones to avoid overlap or burnout.

• Keep our Google Business Profile fresh with jobsite updates and seasonal highlights.
• Scout and suggest community events, HOA meetings, and business networking opportunities for the team.
• Occasionally attend home shows or local events to represent the brand.

• Attend weekly planning meetings with the Owner or Integrator.
• Join bi-weekly marketing strategy sessions.
• Track and report on KPIs: flyers delivered, appointments set, lead sources, and team output.
  

This position could be a seasonal or year-round position. We acknowledge the winter season may bring a natural slowdown in exterior work, we will work with you to pivot to heavier commercial outreach, indoor project promotion, and prepping campaigns for peak season. Your adaptability in the off-season is highly valued.
