About this role:

Type: Founding Role | Equity-Based + Future Salary

Team: Product & Engineering

We're looking for a visionary, builder, a product-driven engineer ready to lead from the front. You'll lead, architect, ship, and scale our platform from MVP to mass adoption. This is a zero-to-one, true co-founder opportunity where you help define not just the product, but the company itself.

What you'll do:

  • Architect and own the platform's end-to-end technical vision
  • Build and ship our AI-native MVP
  • Integrate LLMs, automations, and workflows that solve real hiring pain
  • Set the tech culture and hiring bar for current team and future engineers
  • Work directly with the founder to align product, market, and growth

You might be an ideal fit if you:

  • Are a full-stack engineer or architect (5+ yrs) with SaaS startup exposure
  • Have shipped products using AI/ML, LLMs, or recommendation systems
  • Are an active AI power user- not just reading about it, but building with it
  • Move fast, think lean, and love working on unstructured, complex problems
  • Want to make a measurable dent in how hiring is done globally

Bonus points for:

  • Previous founder/CTO or early tech leadership experience
  • Experience with LangChain, Pinecone, Vector DBs, or similar
  • Strong UX sensibilities and a love for clean, usable interfaces
