This role will work alongside the marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, and identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
Requirments:
- Strategic planning
- Process Optimization: Establishing workflows for content creation, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Technology Management: Selecting, implementing, and managing marketing technologies like CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and security across all marketing systems.
- Performance Measurement: Tracking key metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitating communication and coordination among different marketing teams and stakeholders.
- Verify, edit and update content for the website, keeping the content fresh, timely, accurate and relevant.
- Monitor website content and user interaction and trouble shoot or escalate as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with our content writers, SEO experts and developers to continually improve the website user experience.
- Develop marketing campaign landing pages.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Manage company profile and content on social media.
- Email Marketing
- Creating and deploying surveys.
- Executing paid campaigns and social media management.
- Maintain monthly reporting for website, SEO, SEM using various digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Console, SEMrush.
- Monitor website traffic and present website analytic reports monthly with recommendations to improve key performance metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Agency experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal and the ability to collaborate with a cross functional team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to multi-task and complete deadlines in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- A self-starter who is able take ownership of projects and offer improvements.
- Outstanding can-do attitude with a flair for detail and organization.
