Job Description

• As a Buyer here at client , you will be responsible for managing and executing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities at a fulfillment level.

• This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring efficient procurement processes, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function.

• You will oversee complex supply chain situations related to our CMOC organization, work within a team of planning and procurement professionals, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve procurement objectives.

• this role, you are essential in optimizing procurement practices, enhancing profitability, and securing a reliable and agile supply chain, making your expertise an indispensable asset to our organization's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, modify, and manage purchase orders in SAP including tariff related lines and special handling instructions.

• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, expedite deliveries, and resolve discrepancies. This includes managing PO acknowledgments and delivery confirmations.

• Foster and maintain deep relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure a reliable and responsive supply chain, addressing concerns and resolving issues.

• Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies, maintaining accurate and organized records.

• Align to the procurement budget and seek cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.

• Leverage technology solutions, such as procurement software and analytics, to enhance procurement processes, monitoring, and reporting.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in integrated supply chain activities and project management.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience with procurement strategies and supplier relationship management.
