The Project
We're hiring a small crew of experienced labourers and heavy equipment operators for a trail improvement project in Collingwood. The project is expected to last over 3 months, beginning in mid to late August. Because the site is farther than most of our regular work locations, you must be able to travel to and from Collingwood on your own. While this is a project-based role, we hope to be able to offer permanent opportunities to strong performers.
About Us
Since 2010, we've delivered quality, service, and safety across utility, infrastructure, environmental, and landscape construction. We're proud recipients of WSIB's Gold-level Small Business Health and Safety Leadership Award, multiple IHSA Recognition of Performance Achievement Milestones, and COR certification.
Our values are our foundation
And our team is the foundation of our success. We value courtesy, ambition, and problem-solving — always striving for win-win outcomes. We show gratitude through honesty and reliability, and we prioritize wellness by upholding a strong health and safety culture that exceeds industry standards.
The Role
If you enjoy working outdoors, using your hands, and operating equipment, you'll thrive here. As a Construction Labourer, you'll help prepare job sites, move materials, use hand/power tools and small machinery, and support the site supervisor. Tasks are varied including concrete work, rough carpentry, retaining wall and paver installation, site servicing, planting, and more.
We're looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals who can take on varied work and fit in with a team where many staff have worked for years.
Working With Us
We build lasting, collaborative relationships and aim for high-quality solutions, not just completed tasks. Health and safety are non-negotiable, with ongoing training and strict COR standards in place.
We take on challenging, multi-disciplinary projects where success means a win for all. And we celebrate success — with bonuses, team events, and recognition for hard work.
