Position Summary:

O'Keeffe's Automotive, a reputable automotive service provider in Oak Bay, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Trainee Service Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a long-term role. As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will receive on-the-job training and learn the skills necessary to excel in this position. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and possess a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in person and on the phone
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians
• Create and update work orders
• Explain services and estimates to customers
• Handle payments and front desk tasks

Qualifications:

• Good phone manners and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to type at least 40 words per minute
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
• Friendly attitude and willingness to learn
• Preference given to applicants who live nearby
