Join Team CARFAX as a Ratings & Reviews Specialist

The Ratings & Reviews Specialist will review and publish consumer ratings for CARFAX products, including Year/Make/Model reviews. Provide direct input into improving our Ratings & Reviews product, and influence the evolution of the support team. Additional product support responsibilities may be required.

What you'll be doing:

  • Moderate and publish Consumer reviews in accordance with approved principles and guidelines for quality
  • Assess Dealer feedback for accuracy and appropriateness
  • Coordinate with other Carfax teams, including product team, to resolve root cause of Consumer complaints and dealer inquiries
  • Manage customer support needs of product
  • Suggest improvements to process, product, and/or principles and guidelines based on trends and themes recognized during moderation
  • Identify and track improvements to Ratings & Reviews product and internal tools
  • Act as subject matter expert in Ratings & Reviews moderation

What we're looking for:

  • Research and analytic experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, listen, write concisely and summarize events
  • Sense of urgency and passionate about customer service and satisfaction
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in commonly used office technologies (e.g., MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing, professional environment required, or some equivalent combination of experience and education, including military experience
