Job Summary:

As an Order Entry Coordinator I, you will assist with entering new orders. You will assist in customer relations and answer any inquiries our customers have regarding our product.

Job Duties:

  • Receive new equipment orders via Salesforce and email, process to release to production, issue PO's for 3rd party equipment.
  • Facilitate communications between the customer service department, production team, outside sales, engineering, and management
  • Problems solve customer issues (late shipments, short shipments, incorrect orders)
  • Input equipment order information in AccPac
  • Respond to customer queries regarding part numbers, lead times, back orders, freight costs, discounts, and shipping dates
  • Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or Senior Leadership team.
  • Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of business-to-business customer service experience
  • Microsoft office skills
  • University/College degree in related field, preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • May sit for prolonged periods performing repetitive clerical duties
  • Must stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs is required

Compensation type - Salaried, with an hourly rate: $22-$26 based on experience
