Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Sales, Customer Specialist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in building positive relationships, driving new enrollments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a dynamic professional who is equally comfortable with sales and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing excellent customer service.
  • Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the value of Zebra Robotics programs, courses, and competition teams to prospective parents and students.
  • Guide potential customers through the enrollment process, from initial inquiry to final registration.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline to meet enrollment targets.
  • Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing families, providing regular updates and information on new programs or events.

Administration & Operations:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.
  • Process new student registrations and manage all related documentation.
  • Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer and student databases with accurate information.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating in-house and external events, such as workshops and competitions.
  • Ensure the front office and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on sales or customer service.
  • Experience working within an educational institute or a similar environment is a definite asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for STEM education and a willingness to learn about our curriculum and programs.
