We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – PAM to join our Delivery Services team, bringing hands-on expertise in SailPoint, Active Directory (AD), and BeyondTrust. In this client-facing role, you will support assessments, policy development, and process design initiatives, with a primary focus on developing a service account tiering model and strengthening privileged access controls in alignment with enterprise IAM standards.

Job Type: 6-month contract, Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement a service account tiering model utilizing SailPoint, Active Directory (AD), and BeyondTrust.
• Develop a logical architecture, create supporting procedures, and document sustainable and scalable processes.
• Provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) support to ensure smooth adoption of new PAM processes.
• Ensure all privileged accounts are provisioned through SailPoint and AD, with automated integration into BeyondTrust for onboarding and decommissioning.
• Review and update Identity and Access Management (IDAM) standards as needed.
• Author a comprehensive Privileged Access Management technical standard document.
• Identify key PAM-related risks, propose mitigation strategies, and lead the rollout of approved risk reduction initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IAM/PAM domain.
• Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, Active Directory, and BeyondTrust Password Safe (or equivalent PAM solution).
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and frameworks.
• Familiarity with CyberArk (certification not required) or other PAM solutions
• Proven ability to write clear, structured policies and assessment reports
• Experience consulting with clients or working in a security governance or risk role
• Excellent communication and documentation skills. #LI-RJ1
