We are looking for a skilled and dependable DZ Courier Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of goods, delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll play a key part in upholding our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction while operating within a fast-paced distribution environment. This position involves operating both DZ straight trucks and Ford Transit vans, assisting with loading and unloading, and serving as the final touchpoint in the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Deliveries
•Operate DZ straight trucks and Ford Transit vans safely and efficiently
•Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
•Maintain detailed driving logs, including mileage, delivery details, and hours of service
•Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers
Loading & Unloading
•Load and unload freight using manual and powered equipment
•Ensure products are handled with care and secured properly
•Assist warehouse staff with material movement as needed
Safety & Compliance
•Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
•Maintain compliance with all provincial and federal transportation laws
•Adhere to company driver break policies and safety expectations
Customer Service & Brand Representation
•Represent our company in a professional, courteous, and customer-focused manner
•Serve as an extension of our sales team by building and maintaining strong final-mile relationships
•Handle customer inquiries and concerns respectfully and efficiently
Qualifications
Licensing & Certification
•Valid Ontario DZ-class driver's license
•Experience operating both straight trucks and Ford Transit vans
•Valid forklift certification for at least one of the following: reach truck, sit-down counterbalance, or stand-on pallet rider
