Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain and logistics operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods within our distribution center.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of materials and supplies
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipping
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, including inventory management and cycle counting
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks to ensure timely deliveries
- Collaborate with the logistics team to address any issues or discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Proficient in the use of material handling equipment and technology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one
Valid forklift certifications for reach truck, stock pickers/order pickers and counter balance forklift truck. ~ All applicants will undergo a practical drivers test to determine suitability.

  We are looking for operators that demonstrate a high level of competence operating the Crown Order Pickers (SP), Reach forklift ~ Hyundai Brand, operates similar to Crown reach trucks, Electric CB

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating reach truck and stock picker/order picker in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in doing the job right.
• Strong communication skills and a team ~ Excellent command of the English language

Working Conditions
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with occasional weekend shifts as needed. The warehouse environment can be physically demanding, with the need to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
