• Work closely with business teams and Data Analysts to understand requirements and support data needs.
• Assist in translating business needs into technical requirements, with guidance from senior team members.
• Support the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and workflows.
• Participate in building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes using modern tools and technologies.
• Contribute to making data accessible to internal tools, reporting platforms, and data warehouses.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in a data engineering or analytics-focused role.
• Academic or project-based experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, or cloud data tools is a plus.
• Willingness to grow in cloud-based data platforms like AWS and Snowflake.
• Experience in financial services is a plus but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting in Python.
• Exposure to relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
• Understanding of data storage (e.g., AWS S3) and data movement concepts.
• Interest in learning modern ETL tools (e.g., Snowflake, Glue) and CI/CD tools.
