  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with the ability to consistently identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong territory management abilities, including prospecting, pipeline development, and balancing new business growth with account retention.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to engage a diverse customer base and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent the company in the field and at client meetings.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Prospecting and engaging
    new leads through in-person visits, cold calls, referrals, and strategic outreach to grow your territorys customer base.
  • Connecting with key decision-makers to influence buying decisions and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Meeting with existing customers to strengthen relationships, uncover new opportunities, and ensure continued satisfaction and service alignment.
  • Approximately 70% of your focus will be on driving new business growth within your territory, while 30% will be dedicated to maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Build relationships that last by understanding their needs and delivering unmatched value.
  • Developing customized solutions that meet the specific needs of food processing facilities and property managers, that solve their problems and elevate their operations.
  • Close deals that drive your success and build your reputation.
    Managing your sales pipeline and territory plan, including updating CRM, preparing quotes, tracking progress toward goals, and collaborating with internal teams.

  • Base + Commission
  • Base Pay: $65,000 Annually
