Support the vision and growth of Archive's social media services
· Support the development of our clients' brand across all social channels
· Analyze client's social media performance and how they compare against industry benchmarks
· Work cross-functionally to develop omnichannel strategies that ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience for online community members
· Responsible for supporting the innovation of social channels, constantly evolving, checking, adjusting, and tweaking clients' social media strategy
· May involve working with paid social lead, being involved with ads and campaign strategy
· Work within set annual KPIs and maintain monthly KPI reporting, supporting annual objectives and measurable KPIs for social media channels

· At least 1 year of relevant social media marketing experience, background in communications an asset
· Have a holistic point of view and can think big picture
· Have experience building out a brand and content strategy through social media
· Have excellent communication and presentations skills
· Eager to identify untapped opportunities and motivated to push the envelope
· You are excited about the idea of immersing yourself in marketing strategy in a variety of industries
· Understands analytics and are comfortable developing KPIs across channels
· Demonstrates a sense of urgency and prefers a dynamic team environment
· Excellent at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight timelines
· The desire for constant self-improvement (goal-oriented)
