The Project Field Manager (PFM) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution, including design review, product delivery, installation, and on-site supervision. Reporting directly to the Director of Construction, the PFM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

This role requires:

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• Strong leadership
• Project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and site personnel
• Knowledge and experience in site safety protocols, progress on scope of work
• Ability to read architectural drawings
