The Project Field Manager (PFM) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution, including design review, product delivery, installation, and on-site supervision. Reporting directly to the Director of Construction, the PFM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
This role requires:
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Strong leadership
- Project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and site personnel
- Knowledge and experience in site safety protocols, progress on scope of work
- Ability to read architectural drawings
