Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary + Override Bonus (Potential Total Compensation: $100,000 - $150,00 annually)

Responsibilities:- Prospect for potential recruits using multiple avenues of communication
- Drive recruiting by proactively making calls and holding face-to-face meetings with agents, aiming to recruit 4-6 agents each month
- Interview, hire, train, and onboard all agents
- Achieve recruiting metrics targets
- Assist with the monthly office sales meetings and events
- Host and assist training events to attract new agents
- Research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in the market
- 2–3 years of real estate sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Proven track record of top 5% production in their current office is ideal
- A driven, high-achieving individual seeking a leadership path and long-term growth
