Summary:
As an instrumental player on the team, the Sales Lot Assistant is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appearance of vehicles and the sales lot ensuring they are up to dealership standards. The Sales Lot Assistant plays an integral role in ensuring the customer has an excellent experience when dealing with our company.
Job Duties:
Actively maintain the appeal of the lot through arranging and parking vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency
Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes
Change license plates as required
Cleaning and detailing vehicles
Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner
Fuel & clean vehicles for demo and delivery
Additional duties as assigned by management.

Ideal Requirements:
Possess a valid driver's license - mandatory requirement
Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads
Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
Self-motivating with an excellent work ethic
Loves a fast pace environment
