We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all Accounts Payable/Receivable duties using QuickBooks Online including invoicing customers, receiving payments and paying vendors.
- Basic bookkeeping including reconciling QuickBooks Online with Bank Accounts and tracking expenses.
- Provide administrative assistance to management team.
- Inventory management and purchasing of welding equipment and consumables.
- Process employee payroll and manage benefits program.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, prepare quotes and problem solving.
- Physical delivery of goods to customers.
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, light custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
