We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all Accounts Payable/Receivable duties using QuickBooks Online including invoicing customers, receiving payments and paying vendors.
  • Basic bookkeeping including reconciling QuickBooks Online with Bank Accounts and tracking expenses.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team.
  • Inventory management and purchasing of welding equipment and consumables.
  • Process employee payroll and manage benefits program.
  • Resolve customer issues, answer questions, prepare quotes and problem solving.
  • Physical delivery of goods to customers.
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, light custodial duties, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
