Connect6 Group is looking to add to our expanding team! We are currently looking for a Call Center Manager to work on dialing markets in the USA to sell telecommunication products to consumers, based out of our Toronto office.

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. As a Call Center Manager you will be responsible for training and coaching Call Center/Telesales Representatives to generate calls to potential customers with the main goal to collect and analyze sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Training, coaching, and leading call center representatives as they provide support for customers.

  • Answering representative's questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives

  • Leading Orientations and team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating, and coach workers regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees.

  • Ensuring Call Center Representatives are achieving sales targets and taking corrective action, if the performance is not meeting expectations.

  • Daily reporting to management and Recruitment team regarding sales targets, performance, Onboarding and Offboarding of employees

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales experience is preferred

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.

  • Decisiveness and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.

  • Must be polite and professional and have great phone etiquette

COMPENSATION:

  • Compensation of 50K - 65K On Target Earnings based on experience
