Die Cutter/Machine Operator for Print CompanyWe are looking for someone that is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of die-cutting machinery to produce various printed products with precision and efficiency. Key responsibilities include operating and programming automatic and semi-automatic die-cutting presses, installing and preparing dies, and ensuring the equipment functions correctly to meet production and quality specifications. Core Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup & Operation:Setting up and operating specialized die-cutting equipment, including programming computer-controlled presses and installing dies according to job specifications.
• Production & Quality Control:Running jobs to precise specifications, verifying output, and ensuring the quality of finished products. This may involve using measuring tools and performing pre-production runs.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Performing routine maintenance on machinery, cleaning equipment and the workspace, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during operation.
• Material Handling & Finishing:Handling materials manually, loading and unloading machines, and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Safety Compliance:Adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with die-cutting machinery preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent close vision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks like standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
