We are looking for a professional and friendly receptionist/Service Representative to join and support our team at Kelly Kennedy Desjardins Insurance.
The role is full time, in office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
What you will be reponsible for:
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen and forward high-volume client calls
- manage the front desk, including receiving and mailing packages
- assist with administration tasks such as data entry, filing and managing office supplies
- schedule appointments for our sales and service team
- Coordinating office billing activities and processing payments
- Making outbound client service calls
What you will bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a receptionist
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with general administration including filing, ordering supplies, and handling third party billing
- Excellent communication skills (oral and writing) in the English language
- Strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential informtion
- Valid work authorization to work in Canada is required
- Willingness to gain OTL licensing prior to starting
- Excel experience an asset
