Position Overview
Were building our own WordPress (WP) hosting platformand were looking for a multi-talented WordPress Specialist to lead the charge.In this role, youll do more than migrate sitesyoull help design and optimize them. From securely hosting and backing up WordPress environments to designing impactful pages, managing SEO, and writing high-converting blog content, youll have the chance to shape our customers entire online presence. What You'll Do

Hosting & Migration

Migrate existing customer websites from third-party hosting to our in-house WordPress environment with minimal downtime.
Set up and maintain site infrastructure, manage plugin compatibility, and ensure optimal hosting configurations.

Website Design & UX
Design visually appealing, mobile-responsive WordPress websites using modern themes, builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg), and custom CSS when needed.
Collaborate with clients to refresh existing sites or create landing pages aligned with their branding and marketing goals.
Apply UX/UI principles to create intuitive navigation, compelling visuals, and effective calls-to-action.

Security, Backup & Maintenance
Secure all hosted sites with SSL certificates and enforce HTTPS protocols.
Implement best practices for website hardening, malware prevention, and automated backups.
Monitor uptime, speed, and performance metrics, making proactive improvements.

SEO & Content Optimization
Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement improvements (meta tags, headings, URL structure, image alt text, internal linking).
Create and optimize blog content to align with SEO strategy and keyword targets.
Work with our marketing team to improve page speed scores, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness for SEO gains.
Assist with SEO plugin management (e.g., Yoast, RankMath) and schema markup.

Content & Blog Management
Write or edit blog posts for clients or internal use, ensuring SEO and branding alignment.
Format and publish content in WordPress using best practices for readability, engagement, and conversion.

Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Support, Marketing) to execute website updates and client onboarding.
Create documentation and training guides for customers and internal use.

What You Bring
3+ years experience in WordPress hosting, development, and website management.
Strong design skills with a portfolio of WP sites you've built or maintained.
Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or other visual page builders.
Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, on-page optimization, and Google Search Console.
Experience writing or editing blog content, with strong grammar and formatting skills.
Knowledge of web security, SSL certificates, backups, and performance tuning.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design techniques.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, and WP Rocket is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects.
