Warehouse Environment

We are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our client's warehouse team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently

• Load and unload materials from trailers and staging areas

• Move, stack, and organize products throughout the warehouse

• Perform inventory checks and verify shipments as needed

• Assist with general warehouse duties, including packing, sorting, and maintaining cleanliness

• Follow all health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Certification (in-house or external)

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating a Counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Steel-toed safety shoes required
