We're seeking a strategic and hands-on digital leader for a 10-month contract role to lead key initiatives across integrated campaigns and digital marketing. As a Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns and Digital, you will drive demand generation programs, manage always-on digital campaigns, and oversee performance across Paid Media, SEO, and the Website. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations and Content teams to drive leads. We are looking for someone who loves to drive top-of-funnel engagement that leads to qualified pipeline and bookings. 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you'll own the strategy, execution, and performance measurement of these integrated initiatives—ensuring alignment to KPIs for the campaign and pipeline targets. You'll lead post-campaign analysis, and present actionable insights to inform future planning. You'll guide the web development team to deliver on roadmap goals and maintain strong coordination. This role was created to provide continuity and executional leadership during a key marketing window. You'll also document insights and ensure a smooth transition at the end of the contract.

What You'll Do:

People Leadership of the Digital Delivery Team (30%)

  • Provide leadership and direction to 2 web developers ensuring alignment of website priorities with marketing and corporate needs. .
  • Oversee project prioritization and delivery to support campaign, SEO, and performance marketing goals. Serve as key decision maker for website and digital experience enhancements.
  • Ensure reporting, QA and stakeholder communications are clear and timely

Integrated Campaign and Digital Strategy (40%)

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns and remarketing to drive pipeline and brand engagement.
  • Launch and manage quarterly thought leadership campaigns aligned with key content pillars.
  • Drive integrated, multi-channel campaigns to accelerate pipeline and lead generation.
  • Oversee agency partner – manage budget pacing and performance.
  • Ensure campaigns are cohesive across digital, paid, content, and outbound channels.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Provide creative direction to the content team on what types of ad formats exist and what content performs best.
  • Partner with internal content and creative teams to develop engaging, high-converting assets.

SEO (20%)

  • Oversee the SEO strategy across content and technical initiatives.
  • Build an SEO roadmap aligned to quarterly campaign goals and long-term domain authority growth.
  • Identify technical SEO priorities and work with the web development team to execute
  • Partner with SEO agency to conduct audits, analyze competitors, optimize keywords, and identify/present impactful initiatives for the marketing team.
  • Build capacity for prioritization of SEO technical projects that will enable long-term growth in our Quality Score, Share of Search and Organic Search Traffic.

Campaign Performance (10%)

  • Own channel and campaign benchmarking, including standardizing metrics.
  • Responsible for compiling and presenting analysis and post-mortem reports

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years in marketing with a focus on paid media, SEO, and integrated campaign strategy, with a focus on B2B SaaS
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business administration
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, 6sense, ZoomInfo and SEMRush
  • Strong project management and performance analytics skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot (including reporting and dashboard acumen)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), MS Excel, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, ABM platforms, attribution tools, etc.
  • Experience with GenAI in optimizing campaigns and strategy
  • Demonstrated success in conversion rate optimization of website pages or A/B testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
  • Boldness – share your perspective and your expert opinion with senior leadership
  • Curious, proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for marketing innovation and continuous learning.
  • Strong project management, communication skills and presentation skills to senior leadership
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and bookings
