SLEEGERS Engineered Products Inc. is a leading North American supplier of engineered solutions for the pressure vessel and propane industries. We design and manufacture a variety of engineered products including propane motor fuel tanks, commercial and industrial pressure vessels, and automated propane cylinder vending kiosks.

Founded in 1963 and based in London, Ontario, we are proud to employ a diverse team of highly skilled welding and engineering professionals. Our 147,000 square foot production facility boasts a state-of-the-art air quality and ventilation system, ten skylights, and high-efficiency LED lighting throughout the production floor.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting aQuality Support Clerk to help facilitate the ongoing growth at SLEEGERS. This person will provide administrative support to our Quality Team and will be critical in ensuring our products adhere to our high standard of quality. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Working collaboratively with our Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams
• Job file management including:
  • Open and assemble job files for Quality, Production and Shipping departments
  • Prepare test and inspection packages, pneumatic test sheets, traceability sheets, and weld maps
  • Close job files including printing Material Test Reports and populating Manufacturers Data Reports
• Shipping release verification
• Maintenance of the QC personnel qualification log book
• Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of one year of administrative support experience
• Is detail oriented and can effectively manage competing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; previous experience with SYSPRO ERP is considered an asset
• Familiarity with BOMS, Material Test Reports, Manufacturers Data Reports preferred
• Experience with Radiographic Testing preferred but not required
• Understands the importance of our high degree of product quality and compliance to health and safety standards
• Post-secondary education in a related technical or administrative field, with previous experience in a manufacturing environment, is preferred
