Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians and apprentices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Automotive Service Technician License or equivalent.
• Completion of 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship program in automotive service.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
