Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agile Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication, well-defined requirements, and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product features, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery timelines.

  • Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

  • Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.

  • Conduct impact analysis and assess change requests to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing projects.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help define test cases and success criteria.

  • Continuously seek feedback to improve processes and deliver business value faster.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, Agile best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in an Agile environment.

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

  • Proficient in writing user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and wireframes.

  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, ICAgile Certified Professional, SAFe Agilist).

  • Experience working in cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

  • Familiarity with data analytics, SQL, or BI tools.

  • Experience in domains such as fintech, healthcare, insurance, or e-commerce.
