MOZAIK EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and programming, with expertise in operating CNC milling machines. This role is essential for producing high-quality parts and components according to precise specifications. The CNC Programmer will work closely with engineers and machinists to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling machines using Fanuc controls.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
• Utilize SolidWorks for designing parts and creating detailed machining instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC machinery, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
• Use precision measuring tools, such as calipers, to verify dimensions of machined parts.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to troubleshoot issues during the machining process.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Apply basic math skills to calculate dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating milling machines and understanding of machining processes.
• Familiarity with programming languages specific to CNC operations, particularly Fanuc.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for part design.
• Knowledge of power tools and their safe operation within a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to fabricate components based on specifications while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
