Job Description

The Digital Adoption Intern will be responsible for the deployment and maintenance of the Asset Performance Management (APM) platform, InSight. This cloud-based platform provides advanced data and analytics to water treatment professionals, helping them make better business decisions, eliminate unplanned downtime, and lower operating costs.

The Digital Adoption Intern will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Implement the Asset Performance Management (APM) platform, InSight, for various water treatment applications including Reverse Osmosis, Drinking Water Ultra Filtration plants, Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) wastewater plants, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Wastewater plants
  • Provide expert remote technical support to Field Service Representatives, Account Managers, and customers to enable deployments, configurations, and troubleshoot data logging to ensure data connectivity & quality
  • Support the lifecycle of digital services including account/user management, reporting, alarms, connectivity troubleshooting, and other maintenance activities
  • Respond to service requests within specified SLAs
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure team effectiveness and consistency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical/environmental/mechanical/civil engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science (or equivalent field) from an accredited university or college
  • Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Must have Proficiency in French
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to prioritize, shuffle, & organize work to meet conflicting deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show self-motivation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Can work collaboratively and energetically with remote individuals and teams to support existing and new customers.
  • Good troubleshooting skills on device hardware and software.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3), Atlassian Tools (Jira), Microsoft SQL Server, and/or Oracle database
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; Consummate Team Player; Ability to work in a dynamic
  • environment with a wide variety of teams and individuals in global locations.Knowledge of water treatment processing technologies
  • Technical subject matter expert of SaaS platform & hardware deployment and lifecycle
  • Familiarity with IIoT
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics
