Job description

A Leadership Coach provides virtual coaching to individuals, teams, and organizations to enhance leadership skills and drive professional growth. This role allows for flexible coaching sessions via video conferencing, phone calls, or other digital communication tools, making it ideal for clients across different locations and time zones. The coach helps clients build leadership competencies, improve team dynamics, and achieve organizational objectives, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to set clear, actionable, and measurable leadership development goals via video calls or online meetings.
  • Guide clients in developing key leadership skills
  • Help clients navigate leadership transitions, crisis management, and high-level decision-making.
  • Support clients in driving innovation and performance while working within a remote framework.
  • Facilitate virtual group coaching sessions or leadership webinars using video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Provide group coaching to foster team cohesion, collaboration, and shared leadership development.
  • Help leaders manage work-life balance while working remotely and support personal development to prevent burnout.
  • Provide tools for stress management, resilience, and emotional well-being in a virtual setting.

Qualifications & Skills
