Due to a promotion, MacDonald Search Group is assisting them in their hunt for their next sales star Territory Manager to own the Victoria market — one of the most high-profile and well-established territories in the province.
With a territory makeup of 80% on-premise and 20% retail, this role is perfect for someone who knows the local scene, has the network, and brings an authentic passion for the product and the lifestyle. Some of what you will do in this role includes:

• Deepening connections with existing on-premise and retail accounts.
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing market share.
• Executing brand-building events, tastings, and activations across Victoria.
• Managing budgets and T&E with precision and purpose.
• Acting as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor in the community.
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Bringing energy, hustle, and heart to your team.
• Ensuring the market position of this brand remains top of mind and first pull at the bar.

You should have the following in your background to apply:

• Post-secondary education.
• 5+ years of sales experience, in beverage alcohol, with a proven track record.
• Attention to client detail, follow ups, commitments and a creative flair for driving performance at your accounts.
• Strong relationships in Victoria's hospitality scene.
• Solid communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• A deep passion for the beverage alcohol industry.
• Valid driver's license and clean(ish) drivers abstract.
