About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven, customer-facing Fleet Solutions Specialist to help grow adoption of our value-added services across our fleet management client base. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Data Analytics, supporting our mission to deepen client relationships and improve retention through service utilization.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable presenting insights to commercial customers, and passionate about helping clients optimize their fleets through services such as fuel and maintenance management, telematics, driver safety, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) across all value-added fleet services including fuel management, maintenance, telematics, licensing, driver training, and others.
  • Lead targeted segments of client review meetings, presenting tailored insights and recommendations based on client data.
  • Analyze data using Salesforce, Power BI, vendor reporting, and internal systems to create compelling business cases for service adoption.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify service gaps, prepare for client meetings, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Build client-facing dashboards, ROI summaries, and recommendations that clearly demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators such as upsell volume, service adoption rates, and retention influence.
  • Contribute to ongoing development of sales tools, case studies, and playbooks for use across the Account Management team.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., sales support, customer success, business analysis), preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Salesforce.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to translate complex data into simple, client-relevant insights.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and engaging in consultative discussions.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Familiarity with fleet management, leasing, or telematics is an asset but not required.
