Are you an experienced health and wellness practitioner who loves client care and is happy with where you're at, except there's no real path to grow?

CARESPACE is one of Ontario's fastest-growing health and wellness organizations, and we're hiring for an Assistant Clinic Director a career-defining opportunity with a clear path to becoming a Clinic Director.

We're not your typical mom-and-pop clinic. Our team includes former clinic owners, university professors, new grads, and experienced practitioners across 12+ disciplines. Many of our practitioners joined us through referrals from our team because they genuinely believe in what we're building.

CARESPACE is busy thanks to a large marketing budget, and you'll be supported by a centralized reception and admin team. We keep things admin-light by not handling MVA, WSIB, OHIP, ODSP, or direct billing. That means you focus on what matters most: client care and building meaningful relationships.

Our modern clinics are professionally designed with plenty of natural light and are equipped to support a multidisciplinary model of care. You'll work with a dynamic team in an organization that values mentorship, growth, and exceptional client outcomes.

What You'll Bring;

Professional registration in a health or wellness discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of clinical or related experience
Demonstrated interest in leadership, management, and clinic operations
A collaborative, client-first mindset
Motivation to lead, mentor, and grow within a fast-paced environment
Based in or willing to relocate to the Kitchener-Waterloo area
