Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Representative with up to 3 years of sales experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. While prior experience in the tech industry is not required, a basic understanding of IT concepts is essential. The rest will be covered through our comprehensive training program. A strong interest in technology and a passion for continuous learning are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients and prospects.
  • Engage with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and collaborate with internal teams like Sales & Marketing to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Build lasting client relationships through consistent, professional communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Continuously enhance your understanding of Pathway's services and IT solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Up to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail or consumer sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and tools such as MS Word is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Natural curiosity and genuine interest in technology and innovation.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
