Position Overview:
As our Operations Leader in Regina, you'll have the opportunity to build a legacy in the region. This role focuses on delivering business results, enhancing client relationships, and strengthening business community connections - while empowering you to drive local sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop Your Team
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Deliver on Renewal and New Business Targets
• Manage staff production and performance, including regular 1:1's and hosting Team Meetings.
• Manage appointment production to strategically book & forecast appointments.
• Work with staff to overcome membership concerns & escalations.
• Oversee the training and development activities of team members.
Develop and Maintain Strong Member Relationships
• Build and nurture relationships within the local business community.
• Address Member needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products to Members.
• Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and Member experience.
Drive Business Growth
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• In collaboration with the marketing team, strategize and implement plans to drive business growth within the Regina region.
What you Bring:Experience:
• Leadership with professional services teams, ideally within tax or accounting.
• Proven success in business growth, sales, and marketing.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience in staff recruitment, development, and performance management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain productivity and efficiency in a deadline-driven business.
• Proficiency in tax preparation & accounting software is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Strategic Business mindset with strong analytical thinking.
Other Requirements:
• Ability to meet with Members, attend events, and participate in leadership meetings.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional out-of-town travel. While most trips will be day trips, some overnight travel may occasionally be required.
