The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing the Stonz brand to life across all channels. This role leads brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and go-to-market execution, ensuring consistency, creativity, and relevance in how the brand shows up to customers, retailers, and partners. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Creative, and eComm teams, this role shapes storytelling, drives awareness, and fuels long-term growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Strategy & Campaigns

· Lead seasonal brand campaigns across digital, social, influencer, email, D2C, B2B, and our PR agency.

· Ensure messaging and creative consistently reflects our values, voice, and target customer.

· Identify cultural trends and white space opportunities for timely and relevant brand expression.

Go-to-Market Planning

· Partner with Product and Sales teams to build GTM strategies for new launches and seasonal collections.

· Develop product positioning, naming, and customer-facing messaging.

· Create and manage briefs, timelines, and executional playbooks for launch campaigns.

Content & Social

· Guide content development across owned and earned channels—website, email, social, influencer, and packaging.

· Ensure content is warm, playful, empowering, and always on-brand.

· Manage influencer outreach and PR partnerships to boost brand visibility.

Customer & Market Insights

· Leverage data, campaign performance, and customer feedback to optimize storytelling and targeting.

· Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to maintain strong brand differentiation.

Cross-functional Leadership

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring brand campaigns to life.

· Champion curiosity, humility, and collaboration in cross-departmental planning.

· Coach junior marketing team members as the brand team grows.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in consumer goods or kids/family lifestyle brands.

· Proven experience executing integrated campaigns with strong creative instincts.

· Strong writing and briefing skills with experience managing external agencies or freelancers.

· Highly organized with strong time and project management abilities.

· The ability to build the storytelling & emotional connection with fans who love our brand

· Strong internal and external communication skills

· Experience using marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo).

· Familiarity with influencer marketing and PR campaigns.

ENGAGEMENT TERMS:

· Time Commitment: Full-time; core hours Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm.

· Location: Hybrid work model with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

· Compensation: Competitive salary, reviewed annually.

· Performance Reviews: Annual review with the CEO, aligned to company goals and values.
