About the Job

  • Direct & manage content & collateral creation.
  • Lead marketing, sales & occupancy meetings with resort management.
  • Lead team as required & assigned from time to time.
  • Manage revenue & occupancy management, competitive analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Develop & maintain the annual marketing budget, P&L, sales forecasting & Revenue management, develop, establish KPI, track & compile and provide reporting on sales and marketing.
  • Establish & cultivate successful relationships with local, regional partners & vendors and develop co-marketing or sales programs.
  • Work actively & closely with resort management to execute on-site execution of marketing and sales programs to elevate the guests experience & increase occupancy / revenue.
  • Assist with event execution. Generate, nurture & convert lodging, spa, dining, wedding corporate & special event leads.
  • Hire, train & lead the marketing & sales divisions. Responsible for all on-site sales.
  • Ensure the Rawley brand cohesion across all platforms, including OTA's and Collateral preparation as required.
  • Develop, plan & execute special events, pop-ups, partner events and other events as required.
  • Lead client package event creation including arts and crafts programs.
  • Manage contractors required for execution outside marketing tasks, such as PR and others as it may be assigned or required.
  • Additional tasks & roles assigned from time to time by management, related with resort wellness programs we may develop as discussed and support within the role of departments using her expertise.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders & manage all partnership and Other special projects as required.

Roles & Responsabilities

  • Marketing (MKT) & Sales Management

  • MKT & Sales Budgeting & Forecasting - Weekly Status meetings and reports

  • Develop & management of event
    (Wedding, Corporate, Wellness etc.)
    , programs
    (VIP etc.), packages
    (Sips, S'mores & Spa package, Dine & Dream package, Relax & Unwind package, The Rawley Experience package), and offer calendar

  • Coordination and liaison with vendors, influencers, chef, staff, social media communities, media /PR etc.

  • Ongoing management of an integrated communications plan that supports all Rawley & Bush Marina's business units. Marketing Automation as required via Zapier /Akia /Hubspot /Pardot. Weekly review and manage sales performance for all Rawley & Bush Marina's business units and develop marketing initiatives to increase sales and brand positioning.
  • EBlast/month

  • 2-4 e-Blasts per month to drive loyal clients to Bush Marina,The Grill, Rawley and Icebreaker

  • Alignment to marketing and content calendar

  • Graphic design and copywriting

  • Subscription management and performance reporting monthly

  • Emails support for all Rawley & Bush Marina businesses with up to 4 in total per month.
  • Social Media

  • Monthly social media calendar for Rawley, The Grill and the Icebreaker

  • Video, image and graphic creation for social

  • posts for all platforms

  • Content creation for all posts, reels & all content via Social Pilot or organically for all businesses as needed

  • Monthly social reporting Social platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. A total of 40 posts max monthly across all business units and platforms.

  • Manage & coordinate micro & macro influencers.
  • SEO

  • Generate and maintain monthly content calendar

  • Creation of three new blogs monthly

  • Website optimization (Meta data, page titles,headings)

  • Web content support, new pages, events, expanding page content, etc.

  • Organic reporting and web health review

  • Blogs to support all businesses
  • SEM

  • Monthly management and optimization of all

  • Google Ads campaigns

  • Monthly reporting and recommendations for

  • improvement

  • Recommend monthly ad spend budget & monitor performance

  • Maximum of 9 ads campaigns, with three ad groups.
  • Paid Social Management

  • Manage, update, and improve personas as needed to support campaigns.

  • Determine demographic and audience targeting for each campaign

  • Manage a paid social calendar to determine where best to spend social dollars to promote key activities, events, packages, etc.

  • Graphic design and copywriting

  • Active management

  • Report on campaign performance. Recommend & monitor ad spend and performance monthly based on number of initiatives.
  • Website Maintenance
    ( WIX site & WebRezPro Booking System)

  • Monthly website update support, content updates and front/back-end development as needed.

  • Posting blogs & creation of landing pages at least 2 a month and as needed per campaigns.
  • Print Material

  • - Design print material such as banners, outdoor signs on Vector files on Adobe InDesign or other software on high resolution making sure the Specs & Dimensions are correct.

  • - Design & arrange printing for weekly menus, Spa & room collateral

  • - Manage & Collaborate with printing companies and local communities to have the necessary printing material to support all marketing initiatives as needed.

Sales


- Generate, nurture and convert lodging, spa, dining, wedding corporate and special event leads generation campaigns.


- Manage revenue and occupancy management, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies. Provide direction for package, info, & seasonal changes + live entertainment for website & other marketing assets creation/updates.


- Work actively and closely with resort management to execute on-site execution of marketing and sales programs to elevate the guest experience and increase occupancy/revenue.

-Establish and cultivate successful relationships with local, regional partners and vendors and develop co-marketing or sales programs.
