Position: Commercial Window Installer

We are a dynamic and growing multi-service company specializing in commercial building maintenance and restoration. Our services include high-rise window cleaning, façade repair, exterior coatings, and commercial glass installations. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Window Installer to join our skilled team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this personnel is responsible for performing exterior/interior building cleaning and window replacement/installation functions.

Schedule- Flexible, 40 hours/week
Pay rate- $25-$35/hour (Based on the experience)
Location- GTA

Responsibilities
•Accurately measure and assess job sites for window installations.
•Identify and differentiate between various types of glass units (e.g., annealed, tempered, laminated, IGUs, coated glass, wired mesh, etc.)
•Work closely with the operations team to ensure the correct glass types are ordered and received before installation.
•Safely remove and install commercial windows and glass units.
•Maintain a clean and organized work environment on site.
•Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
•Participate in other tasks as needed across our multi-service operations
•Work flexible hours, including after-hours or weekends as required by project demands.

Required Experience
•Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial window/glass installation.
•Strong knowledge of all commercial glass types and their applications.
•Proficient in taking accurate field measurements.
•Valid G-class Driver's License with a clean driving record.
•Comfortable working at heights and using access equipment
•Ability to adapt and assist in other areas of the business as needed
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-player attitude.
