WarehouseWiz Solutions is looking for a Mail Insert Operator to support our production team in Toronto. In this role, you'll be responsible for running BlueCrest (formerly Pitney Bowes) inserting machines to prepare large-volume mail jobs with speed and accuracy.

We're hiring someone with direct inserter experience who's dependable, mechanically inclined, and detail-oriented.

What You'll Do

• Set up, run, and maintain inserting equipment (BlueCrest / Pitney Bowes)
• Load envelopes, inserts, and forms for each job
• Keep an eye on job progress and machine performance
• Troubleshoot jams and adjust settings as needed
• Handle minor repairs and routine upkeep
• Stay on schedule and meet daily output targets
• Keep your station clean and organized
• Coordinate with team leads and support staff

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with high-speed inserters (Epic, Rival, Flowmaster, or similar)
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts
• Reliable and self-directed; takes ownership of tasks
• Comfortable reading and understanding job specs in English (French is an asset)
