Where would you fit in?
As a member of the Sonovision Team, the customer service representative has the responsibility of supporting the service team.
A customer service represetative with Sonovision should:
- A College degree in Administration or equivalent or 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven front-line Customer Service experience.
- Have experience selling B2B, add on sales, upselling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Able to maintain solid relationships with external vendors and ensure work is completed according to company schedules and standards.
- Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS Office applications, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Write and speak fluently in English (a requirement due to an international customer base).
- Experience with SAP, publishing, or distribution would be an asset.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
- Manage customer accounts, , including selling new products/services, upselling.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, fax, e-mail, and occasionally in person.
- Update and ensure customer database integrity,
- Action customer technical publication orders,
- Coordinate the accurate and timely distribution of technical publications to customers
- Be responsible for accurate and on-time customer invoicing
- Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by developing and implementing enhancements based on lean manufacturing concepts.
- Other duties as assigned
