Position: Account Executive
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team in the distribution sector, with a specialized focus on Jansen and Medical equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client accounts, and developing new business opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In-Person, North York
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm
Salary: $70,000-$90,000/annually + Commission
Responsibilities
•Promote and sell Jansen products and a wide range of medical equipment.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
•Develop sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue targets.
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
•Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, competitive activity, and market conditions.
•Work closely with the logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Track sales performance against KPIs and make required improvements.
•All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Proven 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive, or similar role, preferably in the distribution sector.
•A degree or diploma in Business or a related field is an asset.
•Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
•Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Salesforce/NetSuite is an asset.
